Waterpark Simulator 5 Star Park and Diamond Guide

Five stars asks for $500,000 earned plus two slides at 4 prestige. The Diamond tier after it needs $1,000,000 earned and a Wonder Attraction at 6 prestige. Prestige rates individual builds, not your park as a whole.
The two endgame gates
| Tier | Money earned | Build requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Five stars | $500,000 | Two slides at 4 prestige |
| Diamond | $1,000,000 | One Wonder Attraction at 6 prestige |
The money side is usually the easy half. Most players hit the earnings thresholds long before they can build something that scores high enough on prestige. The in-game task list spells these out directly, along with a decoration points target tracked separately.
How prestige actually works
Prestige is a rating on each thing you build, not on your park. A gorgeous park full of plain slides still fails a 4-prestige objective, because the rating is attached to the specific build the quest is asking about.
- Make it bigger — length and height both feed the rating.
- Add loops, spirals and drops rather than a straight run.
- Decorate the surrounding area; decoration points and prestige move together.
- Check the prestige figure on the build itself before you finish, not after you have paid for it.
The Wonder Attraction
The Wonder Attraction is the top building tier, and the Diamond objective reads "Build 0/1 Wonder Attraction with at least 6 prestige". Getting a single build to 6 prestige takes serious cash, which is why the $1M earnings requirement is usually met first.
The most common report is being stuck at five prestige on the city map with no obvious way to push higher. More decoration around the attraction is what usually closes that final gap — people tend to under-decorate because they are focused on the structure itself.
The mid-game wall
Long before the endgame, a lot of players stall around two stars on an objective that asks for several props at a given prestige level — for example, five trash cans at prestige 2 — while those props are still locked behind research they have not unlocked.
The museum and other mid-tier steps
Between the early stars and the five-star push, the task list mixes in one-off objectives that are not about money or prestige at all. One that surprises people is a step to visit the Museum, tracked as a 0/1 objective in the task list alongside the earning and building goals.
These are easy to overlook because they sit in the same panel as the big grinding targets, but they gate progress just as hard. If a star will not advance and your money and prestige look fine, scan the task list for a small action step you have not ticked off.
There is no single correct layout
The developers have asked five-star park owners to share their save files so they can study how people lay parks out and where they place things. That request is a fair signal that no one blueprint is the intended answer.
What the successful parks share is not a shape but a discipline: clean water, wide paths, staff where the mess is, and prestige concentrated into a few showpiece builds rather than spread thin. Chase those and the stars follow.
